Sarah Regan is the Managing Attorney of Regan Law PLLC, a New York law firm that provides legal services to small businesses and creative freelancers to grow their businesses and manage risk. An attorney should be part of any business’ advisory team, and Sarah works to efficiently and effectively provide sound guidance for her client’s organizations.

Before founding Regan Law PLLC, Sarah was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in their commercial real estate department and clerked for the Hon. Christine O.C. Miller in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. She earned a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. from Concordia University.

Sarah is a board member with the Friends of Stewart Manor Inc., a community organization, and previously served as an adjunct professor at New York Law School.
